Freedom Capital Markets (“FCM”), a premier boutique investment banking and capital markets advisory firm, announced today that Enna Weng has joined the firm as the Managing Director of Investment Banking. Commenting on the hire, Rob Wotczak, FCM’s President and Chief Executive Officer stated,
“It’s a pleasure to have Enna join our team. Her combination of hard-earned experience and skills make her an ideal fit to lead our investment banking efforts and we are looking forward to the contributions she will make to our organization.”
Meet Enna Weng…
Enna graduated from Macaulay Honors College, a dean’s list honoree and magna cum laude with a BBA majoring in finance and investment. She later went on to complete her MBA at Northwestern University, Kellogg School of Management, which offered her a diversified, culturally rich, global experience that extended to WHU-Otto Beisheim School of Management Germany and Hong Kong University of Science and Technology. It was at Kellogg that she co-founded KCoin Blockchain, the school’s first blockchain network to facilitate the launch of private business blockchain ecosystems amongst students.
Building on this stellar educational foundation, Enna has cultivated her skills with organizations such as Morgan Stanley as a senior analyst, Wells Fargo Securities as an assistant vice president for a portfolio risk advisory, and most recently as the vice president of an equity fund for Barclays Bank.
Experience matters…
This combination of education and real-world experience makes Enna the perfect fit to lead investment banking with FCM. Covering domestic and cross-border transactions, Enna will champion the team to offer clients unique financing solutions, including initial and follow-on offerings, PIPEs, SPACs, private placements, convertible issues, debt capital, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate restructuring.
Freedom’s success is built on the experience of seasoned professionals, and we are very excited to list Enna Wang as yet another skillful asset to the organization.
